Choose the service you prefer: an immersive dinner with a Private Chef at your venue, or the haute couture delivery of our “Les Écrins” collection. You pay for the whole service in advance. For your guests, the experience will be absolute, with no financial consideration to break the magic.

As soon as your order is confirmed, you gain access to our private Confidences Notebook. Far from conventional forms, this is where the Chef invites you to quietly share the secrets and culinary sensitivities of your guests. From these precious indiscretions, he will devise an exclusive menu, tailored to create the unexpected.

Your guests receive an elegant digital invitation. The message is deliberately enigmatic: “Someone dear to you wished to offer you an unforgettable gastronomic interlude…” Neither your identity nor the content of the meal is revealed. The intrigue begins.
The Day Itself: The Revelation
The wait is over. The Chef takes the stage. Like a true storyteller, he reveals at the table the story of a one-of-a-kind menu, explaining how each dish was secretly conceived with you, just for them.
