JLM Signature processes the information submitted through the enquiry form, the Festive Collection order form, the Mystery Invitation (order and Confidences Notebook), by phone, by WhatsApp or by e-mail solely to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, process your order and follow up the service.

Information collected
Identity, contact details (including the billing address for an order), details of the event or order (date, venue, number of guests, indicative budget, products ordered), as well as the allergies and dietary requirements you choose to share so that the menu can be adapted. The latter relate to health: they are used only to prepare your meal safely.
Mystery Invitation: information about your guests
For a Mystery Invitation, the gift-giver provides us with the name, e-mail address, tastes, allergies and dietary requirements of their guests. This information is used only to send them the invitation, set the date and prepare the meal. Each guest may request access to their data or its deletion by writing to contact@jlm-signature.com.
Recipients and transfers abroad
Your information is neither sold nor passed on. It is accessible only to JLM Signature and to the technical providers strictly necessary:
- the website host: Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States);
- the mailbox that receives your enquiries: OVHcloud (OVH SAS, France), mailbox contact@jlm-signature.com;
- WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd, Meta group), only if you choose to write to us this way: your messages then pass through this service, according to its own privacy rules.
Cloudflare and Meta may process data in the United States: they are certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised by Switzerland as ensuring an adequate level of protection. The OVHcloud mailbox is hosted in Europe.
Technical logs
As with any website, the host Cloudflare automatically records technical connection data (IP address, page requested, date and time, browser type). It is used only to run the site, protect it against abuse and fix errors. It is not used to identify you or to measure audience, and is deleted automatically after a few days.
Retention period
Enquiries, contact details and commercial correspondence are kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, then deleted. Accounting records (invoices) are kept for 10 years, as required by the Swiss Code of Obligations.
Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). The form checks every piece of information received and is protected against automated submissions.
News from JLM Signature
You only receive news if you have agreed by ticking the box provided for that purpose. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
Your rights
In accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, its delivery in a common format, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@jlm-signature.com. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Customers residing in the European Union
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies. Your information is processed to reply to your enquiry and to prepare or perform the service (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), to send you news if you have agreed (Art. 6.1.a), and to ensure the security of the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f). Allergies and dietary requirements are processed only with your explicit consent, given by sharing them (Art. 9.2.a). You have the rights described above and may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence (in France, the CNIL).
Cookies and audience measurement
To understand its traffic, the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.): a cookie-free audience measurement tool that does not track visitors from one site to another and creates no profile. It only produces overall, anonymous statistics (number of visits, pages viewed, country, device type, referring site).
